Careers

Build a career in telecommunications construction with a company focused on safety, field execution, and professional growth.

Join the Precision Wireless Crew

Precision Wireless is building a professional telecommunications construction crew to support tower, carrier, civil, troubleshooting, and maintenance work across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.

Our work can involve tower sites, rooftops, wireless compounds, equipment shelters, travel work, elevated work environments, civil construction, line and antenna work, and active telecom jobsite conditions.

What We Look For

Field Work With Real Expectations

Telecommunications construction requires more than showing up to a jobsite. Precision Wireless looks for people who are dependable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a crew.

Crew members are expected to communicate clearly, follow direction, use proper PPE, respect jobsite hazards, and support the work from start to finish.

Safety First

Safety Comes First

Safety is part of the way Precision Wireless operates. Our crews work in environments where fall protection, RF awareness, equipment inspection, pre-task planning, and stop-work authority matter.

We expect employees to take safety seriously, speak up when conditions are unsafe, and help protect the crew, customer, site, and project.
